ALLERGY INFO, PLEASE READ
Due to HIPPA compliance, we cannot collect allergy information electronically. Haven Boise limits all outside food and drink in our play area with the exception of breastmilk and formula. Haven provides a gluten, nut, dairy, and sugar free snack at each session to our 12+ month children. Parents will fill out a form onsite disclosing allergy information. If your child has a severe allergy, please reach out to us at info@havenboise.com, subject line RE: allergy and one of our caregivers will call you to discuss any accommodations your child may need.
